Author of the book TO Whang “ Combating Aging (Rejuvenation)”   suggests that the acid waste accumulation inside our body will gradually leads to gaining and on the other hand reducing the acid waste rejuvenates.  He further suggested that alkaline water is not a cure but  alkaline ionized water will help gradual reducing the accumulated acid waste.
