Doctor Howard Hay further described with more detail information about the sickness in humans. He says “ people who are more acidic in the blood are more likely to get sick”.
He further identified that pH range of 7.4 to 7.5 has association with good health.
During the process of digestion the acid produced will neutralize by calcium magnesium, potassium and sodium alkaline salts (carbonates).
